As a researcher within the Senior Living Lab, an interdisciplinary research project at the University of Applied Sciences and Art Western Switzerland, I produced a documentary film on hopeful, healthy aging.
An 'avant-première' showing the documentary film was organized on June 7, 2016 at the Médiathèque in Sion, Switzerland. The showing was followed by a round table discussion, including local and cantonal health representatives, as well as the editor of the 'Générations Plus' Magazine.
The film can be used to elicit discussions in community settings about healthy aging and resilience strategies. It can also be used for educational purposes. The film is in French and has not been translated into other languages.
